Our 1p/kWh fee is paid to us by your energy supplier, not by you directly. It's collected monthly over the life of your contract based on your actual usage. You'll see it as a separate line item in your quote before you sign.
This is the same way traditional TPIs are paid - the difference is our broker fee is about 75% cheaper and we show you exactly what it is upfront.
