You're right to ask how we make money. In an industry where brokers hide fees in unit rates and standing charges, we believe in radical transparency.
Our fee is 1 penny per kWh, shown separately in every quote.
Simple, honest, and locked in for early adopters
We charge exactly 1 penny per kilowatt-hour, shown separately in your quote. No hidden fees buried in standing charges like traditional brokers who hide 2-4p/kWh. You see exactly what you pay for our service.
As an early adopter during our pre-launch phase, you lock in the 1p/kWh rate permanently. When the automated platform launches Q1 2026, your rate stays the same while we scale.
We're not a brokerage pretending to be tech. We're building real automation that eliminates the need for sales calls entirely. No pressure, no games, just transparent pricing and clear options.
Our 1p/kWh fee is paid to us by your energy supplier, not by you directly. It's collected monthly over the life of your contract based on your actual usage. You'll see it as a separate line item in your quote before you sign your contract, so there are no surprises.
This is the same way traditional brokers are paid - the difference is we are about 75% cheaper than traditional brokers and we show you exactly our fee upfront, rather than hiding it in inflated unit rates.
Why this is a fairer system for everyone
You'll always see exactly how our service is funded. Our 1p/kWh commission is itemised separately in every quote - no hidden costs, no surprises.
Our success is directly tied to yours. We only make money when we find you a better deal that you are happy with. Our goal is to save you far more than our service costs.
We’re building automation that removes brokers. This lets us keep our fee low, fixed, and itemised - and keep you in control of the switch with clear, transparent options.
Imagine you run a shop using 25,000 kWh per year. You're currently paying 29p per kWh and it's time to switch. Here's what happens next.
Broker goes to market
They find a supplier offering 22p/kWh as the base rate.
They add their 4p/kWh commission
This isn't itemised, you only see this buried in the supplier contract.
You see a "great deal"
"We can get you 26p/kWh!" Down from 29p, so you think it's a win.

Why can we charge less? Traditional brokers rely on sales teams, call centres, and account managers - all of which cost money that gets passed on to you. We're building AI and automation to handle bill analysis, quote comparison, and supplier matching, so you can switch yourself without expensive middlemen. That's how we keep our fee at 1p/kWh while others charge 2-4p.
